Dear Sisters and Brothers,
We are very excited about our Oklahoma Eastern Star Miniature Golf tournament. The event will be called the ALL HANDS IN PUTT PUTT Miniature Golf Tournament. The date is April 29, 2017. We will be having our tournament at the beautiful Celebration Station located at 509 Westline Drive, Oklahoma City.
The purpose of this golf tournament is to raise money for our state service project, TEAM RYAN. This is a team contest to see which team can raise the most money while we have a good time. We encourage each team to raise at least $250.00. Our overall goal is to raise $10,000.00. The team that brings in the most donations will be recognized. The money your team raises must be listed on the "Team Donor Form".
There may be up to four players per team. (Please don't ask us to put more than on a team. Cost is·$80.00 per team. If you choose not to play golf, the cost is $20.00 per person. This covers registration and lunch. Can’t come? Sign up to be a "phantom golfer" and make a donation to ALL HANDS IN TEAM RYAN. We encourage your team to come in costume (not mandatory, but it is fun) and there will be awards for the best costumes. There will be a secret panel of judges that will circulate during tournament. Come join the fun.

We need corporate sponsors. Corporate sponsorships begin at $100.00 and go up to whatever the person or company wishes to donate. If you care to sponsor a team of four it will be $80.00. Hole sponsorship will be $50.00, and a Hole-in-One Sponsor is $50.00 ($25.00 goes to TEAM RYAN and $25.00 goes to the first person making a hole-in-one on a designated hole). There are a limited number of hole-in-one sponsorships, the first nine, ones after that will be hole sponsors, so get your money in to Carol as soon as possible. The corporate sponsors, hole sponsors, and hole-in-one sponsors are all ways to increase your team fund raising goal and must be listed on the "Team Donation Form".
Here is the schedule of events:
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. REGISTRATION. We will have two tables. One for pre-registered players and another one to register that day. Please pre-register by April 15, 2017 so your team will be included in our printed program. Money raised by each team should be sent in with your pre-registration. We will collect additional money at registration. ***You MUST BEGIN PLAYING your round of golf no later than 9:30 a.m.
8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Golf. There are three courses of varying difficulty. You may play whichever course you choose.
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. LUNCH. All you can eat Pizza and Drink
12:00 p.m. AWARDS. MAY BE EARLIER IF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE GETS FINISHED EARLIER.
We can't guarantee the weather, but regardless of snow, rain, hail, or sun we will play, and we will all have fun. No Rain checks.
